Field One and Two
Empower allows you to customize two fields called Field 1 and Field 2 to help the Employee identify the correct Task to click on.
Note that only an Administrator can alter these fields.
In the settings page, you can change heading Field 1 and Field 2 if they are not applicable to your business.
To do this, from the Main Menu go to Tools > Settings, select the Job tab (see highlighted below) and fill in Field 1 and 2.
