It is possible to quickly and easily sequence Tasks using the Auto Sequence functionality.


 This is available in the Product > New and Product > Edit pages.   See highlighted below.

 



Note that this button will not be visible if there are any Sequences in the Product.


Clicking on this button will create a simple linear sequence, ie there will be sequences created from

• Step 1 to Step 2
• Step 2 to Step 3
• Step 3 to Step 4.

 
The Sequence will be created from line to line, so if the lines are not in the correct order, simply drag and drop them into the correct order before clicking on Auto sequence.

Once the Sequence is completed, the Auto Sequence button will be hidden from view.
