Make Employees Non Current


As part of the terms and conditions of your licence to use Empower, Empower counts the number of Current Employees up to a maximum allowable under the licence agreement.


To reduce the count of the Current Employees, its possible to change a Current Employee to a Non Current Employee (e.g. if an Employee has left your business).  Only Current Employees are included in the count.




To do this, from the Main Menu go to Set Up > Employee.  You should see a page similar to

   




Click on Edit next to the Employee you wish to make Non Current.  You should see a page similar to
 
      


Change the status (highlighted above) from Current to Non Current.
