Make Employees Current
As part of the terms and conditions of your licence to use Empower, Empower counts the number of Current Employees up to a maximum allowable under the licence agreement.
To reduce the count of the Current Employees, its possible to change a Current Employee to a Non Current Employee (eg if an Employee has left your business). Only Current Employees are included in the count.
It is also possible to change to change a Non Current Employee to a Current Employee. To do this, from the Main Menu go to Set Up > Employee. You should see a page similar to

Click on Search (highlighted above) and select the Employee you wish to make Current - this Employee may be toward the bottom of the list as the list is sorted with Non Current Employees after the Current Employees. You should see a page similar to

Change the status (highlighted above) from Non Current to Current.
