Add New Forward Schedule
To create a new Forward Schedule
1. From the Main Management Menu go to Set Up > Advanced Set Up > Scheduling > Schedules

Click on Add New, and enter a name for your Schedule.

2. Select the Product Group you wish to schedule - for more details on Product Groups see Product Groups.
3. From the weekend drop down box, select one of
- None if your factory is open 7 days
- Sunday if closed on Sunday
- Saturday if closed on Saturday
- Sat & Sun if closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Click on Save.
4. From the drop down box select each Process you wish to schedule. Then enter in the number of days after the Job Received date you want the Process scheduled for.
For example imagine a Product with three Processes
- Cut that needs to be started 2 days after the Job Received date
- Drill that needs to be started 4 days after the Job Received date
- Assembly that needs to be started 6 days after the Job Received date.
then you would set up a new Schedule as follows
5. And that's it, to see your Schedule see View Schedule.
While you can have as many Schedules as you wish, you should be aware that the more you have, the longer the Schedule will take to run.
