Adding a Job to MYOB AccountRight
Empower can automatically add a Job to MYOB AccountRight by creating a draft invoice. This is created as soon as a Job is created.
1. To do this, first ensure you have connected to MYOB AccountRight - for more information on connecting to MYOB AccountRight see Connecting to MYOB AccountRight.
2. Then, from the Management Main Menu select Job > New Job.
You should see the following page. Note the highlighted connection to MYOB AccountRight message.
3. Create the Job in the normal manner - for more information on Jobs and creating Jobs, see Introducing Jobs.
If you save the Job before adding a Product, an MYOB error will display.
Once you have created the Job and added a Product, an invoice will be created in MYOB AccountRight.
A message will be displayed on the New Job page detailing the invoice number.
