Adding Auto Vacations

Auto Vacations is a way to quickly add your country's public holidays for a year.

To do this, from the Main Management Menu select Set Up > Advanced Set Up > Scheduling > Company Vacations.


 You should see a page similar to

     

Click on Add Auto Vacations (highlighted above).

You should see a pop up similar to


  

 
Select the year and Country and click OK.

This will add all public holidays automatically for that year - see below as an example.  Note that regional anniversaries (e.g. Auckland Anniversary day will not be added).
