The Clock In Checklist is a special Checklist that is triggered every time an Employee clicks the green Clock In button in the Factory version (see highlighted below)
Or on clicking a green start button in the Manufacture or Downtime tabs in the Factory version when Logging In to a Task if the Employee is Clocked Out (see highlighted below)
Or on clicking the Back from Lunch button, or starting a Task in the Factory Assign and Work Center pages.
It differs from other Checklists in that it does not need a Trigger to be added and you can only have one Clock In Checklist.
To set this up
1. Add a Checklist in the normal way - but call it Clock In.
Once you have finished you should see something similar to below.
2. Secondly, set up each Employee to use the Clock In Checklist.
To do this from the main Management Menu, go to Set Up > Employee and Select the Employee to be set up.
Ensure that Checklist For Clockin is set to on (see highlighted above).
3. Finally, when the Employee now Clocks in using the green Clock In button or Clocks In using the Task Start button in the Manufacture or Downtime tab, the Clock In Checklist will be displayed (see below) for the Employee to fill in.
