Using Gantt Chart Filters
Clicking on Show Filters in the Gantt chart (see highlighted below)

displays the various filters that are available (see below)

Within each filter multiple items can be selected - for example in the Select Jobs filter, multiple Jobs can be selected.
The various filters are
- Select Jobs. This filters so that particular Jobs will be displayed
- Select Processes. This displays Tasks for particular Processes
- Select Process Groups. This displays Tasks for particular Process Groups
- Select Job Status filters Tasks that are either Active, On Hold or Yet To Start
- Select Job Groups displays Tasks for a particular Job Groups
- Select Employees. This displays Tasks for selected Employees
- Select Work Centers. This displays Tasks for selected Work Centers.
