Auto Assigning Complete Projects

The projects made when making a Complete Project can be Auto Assigned. 



To do this simply set up Auto Assigning at the Process level - see Auto Assigns of Processes.


Now each Project that is created will be Auto Assigned.


For example, imagine that in Set up Process there is a Process called Assemble (see below)

 





Clicking on the Auto Assign button (highlighted above) will display the Employees or Work Centers that are Auto Assigned for this Process - in this case Les and Mark.


 


So now when a Complete Project is made that creates an Assembly Project, Les and Mark will automatically be assigned to that Project.
