Scheduling FAQ



 This page is intended to be a FAQ (frequently asked questions) page when using Scheduling who are developing an interface to the API.



Q.  I cant see any Jobs or a Job that I have just added is not visible

A.  Ensure you have clicked the Update button - see Update Schedule


Q.  Scheduling has been working but now no Jobs are visible. 

A.  Ensure you have no special characters - see Special Characters


Q. A particular Job that should be scheduled using Backwards Scheduling is not visible on the Schedule.

A. Ensure the Job has a Required By Date. 


Q.  A particular Process is not being Scheduled.

A.  Ensure the Process is set up in the Schedule - see Edit Backward Schedules and Edit Forward Schedule.



Q. Scheduling Auto Move does not work.

    A. Ensure that Sequencing has been set up for the Product.
