Quote Templates are predefined Quote formats.  

Use of a Quote Templates allow items such as Products, Materials, Additional Costs, markups and the order that these items are to be displayed in a Quote to be quickly retrieved to allow consistent formatting of Quotes.

Within Empower Quoting, there is no limit on the number of Quote Templates you can have.

To set up a Quote Template, from the main menu go to Set Up > Quote Template and click on Add New (see below)

You should see a page similar to

 

Enter a Quote Template Name and the cost types to be costed in the Quote (see the example below).
