1. Task Notes are notes that can be added to from the Factory version.
An unlimited number of Task Notes can be added to a Task.
Each Task Note has the Employee's Name and also the date it was added.
To provide a record over time, once added they can not be edited or deleted.
2. To use Job Notes it firstly needs to be enabled.
To do this, in the Management version's main menu, select Tools > Settings. Ensure that the Time Sheet tab is selected (highlighted below) and then click on Advanced (highlighted below)
Ensure that Show Task Notes is switched on (see below)
3. In the Factory version, Task Notes are able to be displayed and added to by clicking on Notes (see highlighted below).
This will display a page with three tabs, Task Notes for the selected Task, Job Notes for the Job and all Task notes for all Tasks for that Job.
4. Task Notes can also be viewed in the Management version - to do this from the management version select Job > View Job and select the appropriate Job.
You should see a page similar to
At the bottom right you should see Task Notes (see highlighted above). Clicking on this will display the Task Notes for that Task - see below as an example.
