Customer Color Tags


Customers can be tagged with a color that can then display Jobs for that Customer in the View Jobs Due Each Week page in that color.


To set this up:

1.  From the Management Main Menu select Tools > Settings then the Calendar tab (see highlighted below)    

      

2. The default Color for Jobs in Jobs Due each Week Calendar is None (see highlighted above).  In this setting the colors of Jobs in the Jobs Due each week calendar page will be the default setting for the page.

    Changing this to either Job Color or Customer Color will add an additional column in the Set Up > Customer page - see below

 

And also now on the Job > Jobs Due Each Week page, it is now possible to view the Jobs by either the Customer color tag or the Job tag.  See highlighted below.
