In both Factory and Management Task Start and End and Work Centers pages, the way that Tasks are sorted can be Changed.


There are three possible sorts
 
1.  The default sort is firstly by Priority and then secondly by the Task's Job Required By Date

2.  Or it can be by Task Priority and then by the Task's Scheduled Date (as calculated in Scheduling)

3.  Or it can be by the Task's Scheduled Date and then by Priority.



To alter this, from the Main Menu select Tools > Settings and select the Job tab (see highlighted below)

   


Clicking on Advanced displays a number of additional advanced settings.

From the Task Sort Order drop down box (as displayed below) select the appropriate sort order, and click on Save.


 
 
  Note that only an Administrator can alter this setting.
