All Quotes have a status.

There are three standard statuses - Current, Accepted and Expired.

These cannot be altered or changed,  but additional ones can be added and edited.



To do this, from the main menu go to Set Up > Quote Status.

Add a new Quote Status name and click on Add.

        

To edit a Quote Status click on Edit next to the Status to be edited.
