To edit a Quote, from the main menu go to Quote > Edit. 

You should see a page similar to

     

Select or search for the Quote Number from the drop down list. You should see a page similar to

    


Note that for Products you can add Notes - see highlighted below

 



After clickin on this you sohuld see something similar to


 


From this page you can add and alter Quote information.
