Before setting up any Quotes you should ensure the settings in General Settings and Quote Settings are correct.

From the main menu go to Tools > Settings and select the General tab (see highlighted below).

         

•   Header, Footer and Terms and Conditions 

These can be automatically added to the Quote.
      

•   Tax Name and Rate

This is the name of your local tax (e.g. GST or VAT) and the rate to apply.  This will be added to all Quotes. 

•   Contact Information

Clicking on Contact Information allows your company information to be added or edited (see below).

•  Email Information
