An Easy Quote is a Quote that can be quickly created with a Description of the items being quoted.

To create an Easy Quote, from the main menu select Quote > Easy Quote.


You should see a page similar to 

  

Enter the 

• Quote Number.    Empower Quoting allows for automatic Quote Numbers - to allow this see Automatic Quote Numbers

• Customer 

• Date and Job Name

• The Quote Required By date.  This can be automatically populated - see Quote Settings

• The date the Quote is valid to.  This can be automatically populated - see Quote Settings  

• Additional Quote Information.  Clicking on this displays additional Quote information

          

• Deposit Information.  Clicking on this displays deposit related information

 

• Description - enter a Description and click Add.
